The system still considers a device "live" and logged in even after the computer is shut down. This is the second time the system has locked me out for having reached a fictional "device limit" (I've only used a single device in each case.) Please clear the problem so that I can resume watching.
Unfortunately, we cannot take any action to clear the device limit problem on our end.
